AeroboFitness
AeroboFitness is Top Gun Karate and Fitness line adult fitness classes, including AerbobKick - a ultra high energy cardio kickboxing class, AeroboKombat - a heart-pumping class which includes punching and kicking heavy bags and pads, and AeroboScuplt - a challenging body sculpting class combing dumbbells and body weight exercises. All classes are one hour and guaranteed to leave you sweaty, sore and smiling. All classes are taught by Shihan Tony Morrison whose inspirational style will help you push yourself to your limits!
